Miley Cyrus' tongue slide leads to lawsuit

The haters have long thought Miley Cyrus' tongue would get her in trouble and now it has — sort of.

Charles Nicholas Sarris, who was on the construction team that built the giant tongue slide for the singer's Bangerz tour, fell and hurt himself on the job. TMZ reports he is suing ShowFx Inc., the company that built it.

Sarris' suit claims he was not warned about the dangers involved. The monetary sum he is seeking has not yet been disclosed.
