Aaron Carter misses brother Nick's wedding

Calling it "the happiest day" of his life, Backstreet Boy Nick Carter married his longtime girlfriend, Lauren Kitt, on Saturday in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The 34-year-old singer and the fitness expert tied the knot at the Bacara Resort and Spa.

But, sadly, Nick's brother, Aaron Carter, missed the ceremony.

He had signed a contract to appear at the Cherry Blossom Parade in Washington, D.C., before the wedding date was set, reports RumorFix.

He had hoped to make it to the reception, but a flight delay grounded him on the East Coast.
