Hayden Panettiere welcomes daughter Kaya

Turns out Hayden Panettiere's prior work as Heroes' absurdly pain-tolerant, world-saving cheerleader was good practice for her newest role: mother.

The Nashville star's representative confirms toPeople that she and and her fiancé, Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko, welcomed daughter Kaya on Tuesday.

It was apparently a busy day for celebrity OB-GYNs, as former Good Wife star Josh Charles' son was also born on Tuesday.

Kaya came in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., measuring 20 inches.

"We are over the moon and madly in love!" the new parents told the magazine.
