Patrick: I 'would NEVER' cheat on Miley

Patrick Schwarzenegger sure looked like he might be fooling around with a bikini-clad babe who was not girlfriend Miley Cyrus.

Photos popped up of Arnold and Maria's son in getting cozy in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico during a spring break party. Patrick, 21, is a student at the University of Southern California.

But soon after they surfaced, Patrick took to Twitter to explain that the woman wrapping her arms around his neck is just a friend.

Miley didn't say anything about the photos. She was too busy having margaritas with her mom.

And it all comes just days after Patrick's sister, Katherine, told Extra that her brother and Miley are "adorable."

She added, "You just want your sibling to be happy, if they're with someone who makes them happy and in a happy healthy relationship then I'm happy."
