Steve Harvey can't fathom Jenner news

Steve Harvey is having a hard time with Bruce Jenner's news that he is transitioning to a woman.

At Sunday's Daytime Emmy Awards, Hip Hollywood asked the talk show host about Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer, in which the Olympian said, "Tor all intents and purposes, I am a woman."

Says Harvey: "I mean, look, everybody says it's the bravest thing they've ever seen, so that's the politically correct thing to say. I can't wrap my mind around it at all. Zero. I have no concept of what that means."

He goes on to say, "Nothing negative. He has every right to live his life the way he wants to. I can't come in my house and make that announcement to my wife, to my children. Nothing."

Harvey praised Sawyer's interview. "She covered it all."

He also said he probably couldn't sit down with Jenner. "My wife told me I couldn't do the interview. She said 'Your faces are too expressive.' "
