Kelly Clarkson cancels tour dates

Kelly Clarkson is "truly sorry" for canceling tour dates this month.

The singer, who recently announced she was pregnant, tweeted that she needs to go on a doctors-ordered vocal rest.

Clarkson's rest continues through September 20. She's cancelled six shows: two in Vienna, Va, one in Tampa, Fla.; one in West Palm Beach, Fla.; one in Raleigh, N.C.; one in Camden, N.J.

"I can't wait to get healthy," Clarkson tweeted, "and I'm truly sorry to my fans that have been excited to see this show."
