Prince William, Duchess Kate to host Obamas for dinner

Now that's a royal engagement.

On Friday, Prince William, Duchess Kate and Prince Harry will host the Obamas for dinner, according to Kensington Palace.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry will host The President and First Lady of The United States of America for dinner on Friday, 22 April," the palace released in a statement. "Their Royal Highnesses are very much looking forward to welcoming President and Mrs. Obama to Kensington Palace."

It will be quite a royal day – the Obamas are also expected to join Queen Elizabeth II for lunch at Windsor Castle, the day after her 90th birthday.

The royal couple recently completed a whirlwind trip to India and Bhutan, where they made new memories at the Taj Mahal, played cricket and met Bhutan's king and queen (and avoided a few of their critics).

Prince William met with President Obama at the White House during the couple's much-covered U.S. trip in 2014. Then pregnant with Princess Charlotte, the duchess stayed in New York, visiting to a child-development center in Harlem. Adorably, the children who met Kate thought she was a princess from Frozen.

The famous foursome were last pictured all together in 2011, when President Obama and the first lady stopped by Kensington Palace during a 24-hour trip to London.
