A pigeon has created a special bond with the people who saved him.
Ashley Hood and her family never expected that rescuing a seemingly sick pigeon would lead to him becoming part of their brood.
One day, a tired pigeon landed in the Hoods' yard while they were outside. Concerned for his well-being, they gave him some water. Grateful for his rescuers, the pigeon decided to stay.
The family called him Carlos, and he's made himself right at home. In fact, he won't let the family go anywhere without him. He follows Ashley's husband around, flies on his arm, and even sits on the family car when they try to go on outings!
