Danny McBride to star in new HBO series

Danny McBride, star of HBO's Eastbound & Down, has landed a new HBO show.

The cable channel announced today that he'll star in a new comedy series, Vice Principals.

Created by McBride and Jody Hill, creators of Eastbound & Down, the new comedy will explore those powerful paragons of high school halls who almost run the place.

Hilarity is sure to ensue.

The show is slated for 18 episodes. No debut date has been set yet.
