NBC's games are on Sunday nights, thus the title the network is giving this opening contest between the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks. Which is airing on Thursday, because hey, why not?

Amy Farrah Fowler fans, rejoice: Tonight, TBS repeats the third-season finale that introduced Mayim Bialik as Amy, followed by the fourth-season opener that sent her on her first date with Sheldon. They've been magic together ever since — and a testament to the unpredictability of series at their best. Who'd have guessed Big Bang would even try to find a match for Sheldon, let alone find the perfect one in Amy (and Bialik)?
Elementary | CBS, 10 ET/PT
Elementary repeats a strong season finale that found Sherlock and Watson reuniting to save Mycroft. So now that we know it is possible, against great odds, to take home an Emmy for playing Sherlock, voters might want to take a closer look at Jonny Lee Miller, who has given the role his own pretty spectacular twist. He may never win: Lead actor in a drama is likely to remain one of the Emmys' most competitive categories. But he should certainly be considered.
