The Concert for Valor
HBO, 7 ET/4 PT

For those who can, it sounds like there are two places to be this Veterans Day: On the Washington, D.C. Mall to hear the Concert for Valor — or in front of a TV tuned to HBO, which is sponsoring the event and airing it live. Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson and Carrie Underwood lead a lineup of performers that includes Dave Grohl, Metallica and Rihanna. You should also expect tributes from any number of celebrities, live or on tape, including Meryl Streep, Bryan Cranston, Will Smith and HBO's own John Oliver.

Supernatural
CW, 9 ET/PT

CW's celebrates its 200th episode with one of those meta-episodes of which this show (and many others) have grown so fond, as our heroes come across a fan-fiction-inspired high-school show based on their lives. (In case you don't know, Supernatural fan fiction abounds.) Word is fans can expect many familiar faces to return for the party.

Forever
ABC, 10 ET/PT

Jane Seymour has a fun, against-the-Dr. Quinn-grain guest appearance as Abe's sexy ex-wife in one of this show's better episodes, with a mystery that reflects upon Henry's past but doesn't specifically connect to it. The case is triggered by the death of a man whose "domination therapist" unlocks some of Henry's own pain — and allows him to make some crucial (for the show, anyway) steps forward.
