Rosie Perez returns to 'The View'

Rosie Perez was back in her seat on The View today, amid rumors she's leaving.

"Rosie P!" sang Whoopi Goldberg, pointing to the co-host. "Welcome back!"

But when it came to the Hot Topic we all wanted to hear them discuss, they were pretty much mum.

"We are back as we were originally. This is The View," said Goldberg, who seemed very happy.

Perez started out by talking about her new play, Fish in the Dark, with Rita Wilson. "It's amazing!" she said of previews. "It was perfect. We got a standing ovation."

Whoopi then asked how Perez was feeling: "Girl, I am feeling fabulous. I am very, very happy to be back."

Nicolle Wallace made a slight nod to the buzz — reports that Perez is leaving the show (denied by ABC), saying, "That is your seat, sister. We're glad you're here."

Rosie O'Donnell said nothing.

They moved on to talk about Pitbull.

At the end of the show, Whoopi brought it up in a non-way one more time. "I think something should be said about the four of us being together," she said. "You've heard a lot of rumors. You've read a lot of rumors. But, we, the four of us are here. This is The View, ya'll."
