Fox going back to 'Prison'
BEVERLY HILLS — Fox is tapping into the past with a potential revival of Prison Break. The network plans a 10-episode sequel to the onetime hit, which ran from 2005 to 2009 and starred Dominic Purcell as a prisoner and Wentworth Miller as his tattooed brother, who broke into the prison in order to bust him out.

The show "picks up the characters several years after we left them" in the fourth season, and ignores a straight-to-video film in which Michael (Miller) died, says Fox CEO Dana Walden. "The brothers will be back, and it addresses questions set up at the end of the series." The show has had "the opportunity to find whole new audience on Netflix, and gave us enthusiasm that people are still interested in these characters."
Creator Paul Scheuring is just now writing the series; no timetable is set for airing.
