Kesha to guest-star on 'Jane the Virgin'
Jane the Virgin is adding another pop star to its lineup.
After it was revealed last month that Britney Spears would be making an appearance on the critically-acclaimed CW show, singer Kesha announced on Twitter that she has a guest-starring role in the show's upcoming second season.
According to EW, Kesha will appear in the season's second episode as Annabelle, a "colorful musician who becomes Jane's (Gina Rodriguez) new neighbor. She is described as not being a 'baby person.'"
“We are so thrilled Kesha will be appearing on Jane!” executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman said in a statement on Monday. “We are all huge fans of hers, and we are so excited to welcome her to the Jane The Virgin family.”
