NBC adds sitcom 'Champions' from producer Mindy Kaling
NBC has added another sitcom to its 2017-2018 lineup. Champions, from executive producer Mindy Kaling, revolves around an ambitionless gym owner (Anders Holm) who suddenly learns he's the father of a teenage boy (J.J. Totah).
The comedy joins two other NBC pickups announced Friday: the virtual-reality thriller Reverie and the dramedy Good Girls.
