Snoop Dogg, Daniel Radcliffe head new TBS projects

The game-show revival craze continues with an unlikely host: Rapper Snoop Dogg will emcee a revival of classic game show The Joker's Wild, TBS announced Wednesday.

Snoop is producing the series with Michael Strahan and Sony Pictures Television, which will begin taping in August and is expected to air in October.

The comedy-centric cable network is also planning Miracle Workers, a workplace comedy set in heaven starring Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) as an angel and Owen Wilson as God, his boss, that is executive-produced by Lorne Michaels. The seven-episode series, due in 2018, was created by Simon Rich (Man Seeking Woman) and is based on his book What in God's Name.
