Catching up with Soleil Moon Frye

To a certain generation, Soleil Moon Frye, 37, will always be Punky Brewster. But with Moonfrye.com and its new app , she's now a pro mommy DIYer. "I had my little ones (Jagger, 5; Poet, 8) and I really wanted to be present," says Frye, who's expecting a third child with husband Jason Goldberg.

She "stepped away" from acting and nurtured her "entrepreneurial spirit." Frye will host OWN's Home Made Simple when it returns Oct. 19, and her book Let's Get This Party Started! is out Oct. 15. With stiff competition in the blogosphere, how does Frye explain her following? "Authenticity. It's me sharing messy, happy, moments."
