Toys 'R' Us puts Pokemon on 'Hot Toy List' for holidays
A puppy with a disco ball-like tummy, Power Wheels that twirl 360 degrees and a kit that lets kids cobble together their own computers are likely favorites this holiday season, according to the 2016 "Hot Toy List'' from Toys 'R' Us.
The retailer's annual selection of what it expects to be the most popular picks comes one week after Walmart unveiled its own holiday predictions. Items, like Num Noms Lipgloss Truck and Doc McStuffins Hospital Care Cart were touted by both toy sellers, as well as gizmos with a Star Wars theme. But there were plenty of play sets and gadgets unique to each. Here's Toys R Us' top 40 for under the tree.
