A Georgia woman is facing multiple charges, including aggravated robbery and armed assault, after she fired a gun into a McDonald's floor because she received cold fries, according to multiple local reports.

The woman originally left the McDonald's with her order on Monday afternoon, but returned and said her fries were cold, according to WTOC-TV. The station, citing the restaurant owner, said the manager went to get new fries and the woman went into the kitchen, firing a shot into the floor.

The owner of the restaurant gave the woman a refund and she left, according to WTOC.

Garden City Police Department Detective Roberto Rodriguez told Paste BN the woman involved with the incident is 27-year-old Lillian Shantel Tarver. He said an officer saw her leave the McDonald's in a car "at a high rate of speed" and she initially refused to pull over.

Tarver surrendered after a "10- to 15-minute" chase, Rodriguez said. He said there were no injuries in the incident. He also said Tarver fired at the McDonald's but didn't confirm if it was because she was upset over her cold fries.
