The house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, an oversized gas fireplace, a wet bar with a limestone sink, a walk-in wine cellar, reclaimed terracotta flooring and a freestanding copper tub. Capital 32 Group LLC was the seller. Nicholas Carlson and Kenneth Binder of Compass had the listing.

MDR Ventures LLC of Colorado paid cash for a 7,124-square-foot Paradise Valley house with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home has five fireplaces, a pub bar and 16-foot ceilings. Outside, there’s a sunken tennis court, a pool with a waterfall, a pizza oven and garages for 10 cars. Patricia and Philip Dion were the sellers. He was CEO of the developer Del Webb Corp.

Ruth and Sean Kelly paid cash for a 6,297-square-foot house in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The house, across from a golf course, has four bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, an office, walls of glass and a rooftop deck. Rick and Connie Harrington sold it.
