U.S. futures mostly lower amid declining oil prices
U.S. futures were mostly lower Thursday morning as energy companies priced lower.

U.S. stocks took a minor hit Wednesday as energy companies fell with the price of oil. Chemical and materials companies traded lower.
Japan’s Nikkei 225 rose 0.1% to 16,896.53, while Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index climbed 0.5% to 23,094.52. China’s Shanghai Composite index fell 0.2% to 3,080.87.
Germany's DAX dropped .61% to 10,592.69, and London's FTSE 100 fell .58% to 6,781.51.
U.S. crude rose 25 cents to $44.95 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange, following its $1.65 drop to $44.70 a barrel on Wednesday. Brent crude, used to price international oils, rose 30 cents to $47.19.
