Surprise winner in 'Fastest Car Show' sedan shootout
Take a group of the world's fastest rear-wheel-drive sedans and put them to the test.
That's the idea behind the latest installment of the World's Fastest Car Show on YouTube. And it proves to be quite a fight.
The World's Fastest Car show takes everything enthusiasts love about fun or exotic cars and compresses them into a few precious minutes. This one goes about seven minutes, 40 seconds. Plus, race driver and personality Justin Bell does a nice job of hosting the series.
This time, in comes an Aston Martin Rapide S, Jaguar XJR, Cadillac CTS-V, BMW M5, Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat and Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG, which are then put through a series of speed tests.
"We gathered some of our favorite cars which also happen to be ridiculously fast and luxurious, and decided to race them. The winner was both surprising, and might upset a few people, but also fun and interesting," says producer Nicolai Iuul.
How does it all turn out? Let's just say Bell puts it best when he says, "It's like bringing a very large gun to a knife fight."
