Papa Johns, Doritos team up to create the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia. Here's when to get it.

Papa Johns is adding a twist to one of its signature items by teaming with Doritos to create the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia.

The new Papadia, an Italian flatbread-style sandwich made with pizza dough that the pizza chain introduced in 2020, will feature a choice chicken, beef, steak or other fillings. It is then toasted an dusted with "bold" ranch seasoning, and comes with extra sauce on the side. 

Kimberly Bean, vice president of menu strategy and calendar planning, said in a news release the new item came to fruition with through a partnership with PepsiCo Foodservice, and is designed to give customers "the ultimate chip and sandwich experience"  and "bold taste" in every bite.

When will the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia be released?

The Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia will be available beginning on May 1 for Papa Rewards loyalty members only.

It will be available nationwide on May 4, and will be on menus through July 23.
