A new dessert option has arrived at Wendy's.

After debuting Frosty Swirls on April 15, Frosty Fusions will debut nationwide on May 12, according to the fast food chain. Wendy's initially announced both items in March 2025 at its Investor Day event.

“Frosty is one of the most iconic items on Wendy’s menu and we know that consumers are increasingly seeking new flavors and variety,” said Lindsay Radkoski, U.S. Chief Marketing Officer for The Wendy's Company, in a statement obtained by Paste BN in March. “Our new Frosty Swirls and Frosty Fusions will give our fans even more ways to enjoy this classic treat.”

For Frosty Swirls, customers choose between a classic Vanilla or Chocolate Frosty and can then choose one of three sauces to mix in:

  • Strawberry Frosty Swirl
  • Caramel Frosty Swirl
  • Brownie Batter Swirl

Frosty Fusions on the other hand allow fans to add a sauce, in addition to mix-ins, for "extra flavor to the silky smooth Vanilla or Chocolate Frosty," according to Wendy's. The three flavors that will be available beginning May 12 include:

  • Pop-Tarts Strawberry Frosty Fusion: Combines Wendy's Frosty and sweet strawberry sauce with chunks of strawberry-flavored Pop-Tarts Crunch Poppers pieces.
  • Oreo Brownie Frosty Fusion: Features the classic Frosty swirled with the chocolatey Brownie Batter sauce mixed with crunchy Oreo cookie pieces.
  • Caramel Crunch Frosty Fusion: Blends the classic Frosty with crunchy toffee pieces and a sweet caramel sauce.

"We know consumers are always on the lookout for new flavors and ways to customize their order with sauces and mix-ins. We can't wait for everyone to experience even more ways to enjoy our iconic Frosty!" Radkoski said in a separate emailed statement obtained by Paste BN in April.
