There’s no greater feeling than walking into a fancy hotel room and taking in a freshly made bed, spotless bathroom and all the luxe amenities at your fingertips. Not to mention, you’re free of making your own bed and tidying up for the duration of your stay.

Sometimes, it’s hard to leave behind these soft beds and fluffy towels. But guess what? You can bring the everyday elegance of a hotel back home with you.

We’ve rounded up our favorite ways to upgrade your space so that you can enjoy the luxuriousness of a hotel room any time you want to.

1. A super soft bed you’ll want to dive into

Something about a hotel mattress just hits differently. Maybe it’s that you’re usually arriving after a long day of travel, or maybe it’s the novelty of being away from home. Regardless, an upgraded mattress can bring the magic of a hotel bed into your own bedroom.

After extensive research in our Cambridge, Massachusetts, lab, the Nectar mattress is our favorite mattress in a box. Its plush surface will have you sinking deep into a fabulous night’s sleep.

2. The fluffiest duvet to cozy up in

There’s no question you’ll want an ultra soft and full duvet that will keep you cozy all night long. A feather and down duvet like this one from Serta All Season is a great, year-round option. It has the lavish feel of a hotel duvet, but it will cost you less than one night’s stay at a luxury hotel.

3. Pillows that make for sweet dreams

Pillows can make or break a good night’s sleep. Depending on if you’re a back, side or stomach sleeper, you’ll need to cater to the loft and firmness level that gives you the most supportive sleep. These hotel quality pillows come in packs of two, and you can choose among a variety of sizes and softness levels to find just the right match for you.

4. Silky sheets that you won’t believe are cotton

Soft bed sheets and a just-washed feel is the true luxury of hotel beds (especially when you don’t have to make the bed every day). Splurge on a higher thread count for the look of a hotel room bed, but feel the material to be sure it's to your liking. This silky cotton sheet set is soft to the touch while also being breathable, comfortable and crisp in white.

5. A lamp that helps you recharge overnight

Some of the magic of a hotel room is the small conveniences it offers. Bedside lamps often come outfitted with easily accessible power outlets and USB ports. You never have to worry about having enough space to plug in all of your devices overnight. Better yet, this dimmable lamp allows you to create soft lighting to unwind before hitting the sheets.

6. An alarm clock that helps you rise and shine

If you feel inspired to use the hotel alarm clock during your stay, consider getting one for your home bedroom, too. Retire your smartphone and swap it for an actual clock display. Alarm clocks come with a variety of bells and whistles, but in our opinion the most important features are charging and Bluetooth capabilities. This one offers both, including a wireless charging station. Simply set down your smartphone, and it’ll be charged up by the time your alarm goes off in the morning.

7. Staying hydrated can be stylish

Rather than let your bedside table stack up with a wild variety of water glasses, take a note from hotels and get a dedicated water glass and carafe for your bedroom. This polished set stacks on top of each other to keep your space tidy while also having water nearby for bedside hydration. To add a touch of sophistication, consider a set of marble coasters on your bedside table.

8. A lush robe that feels like the spa treatment

If the only time you’re wearing a bathrobe and slippers is when you’re at a hotel, you must get one for your home. Taking a shower and then slipping into a comfy robe and slippers will feel like you’re basking in the splendor of a spa day—even if you’re just rushing to get ready to work from home. This rich terry cloth robe and soft slippers does the trick.

9. A set of toiletries that will wash the day away

There’s something exciting about going into the hotel bathroom and seeing all the miniature products ready for your use (or to sneak into your suitcase on your way out). And bringing this set of toiletries into your ensuite can add excitement to your usual shower routine. This shampoo, conditioner and body wash set is even loaded with essential oils like lavender and eucalyptus to give you some aromatherapy in the shower.
