If you want to get in on the fun, the tech retailer is selling a Dyson Ball Animal vacuum for $289.99. Normally priced at $499.99, this upright vacuum is currently on sale at a 42% discount— but only through tomorrow. That means you can get the vacuum, multi-angle brush, stair tool and combination tool, all for less than $300.
According to Jonathan Chan, Reviewed's senior manager of lab operations and testing, the Animal is a more affordable version of the Ball Animal 2 ($499.99). Though the Animal has a slighter weaker motor compared to the Animal 2, it still has the same easy-to-use bagless canister and agile ball joint at the bottom of the vacuum that helps users maneuver around floor obstacles. Those elements made the Animal 2 our favorite upright Dyson vacuum—and you can get them in the Animal at a far more affordable price.
More than 1,300 customers gave the Animal a 5-star review, praising its versatility, suction power and maneuverability. Many pet-owning buyers said they were appreciative of how well the Animal picked up pet hair on multiple surfaces, whether they were floors or furniture. One customer said the Animal checked all the boxes: "unbelievable" suction power, a large canister that meant they could do the whole house with minimal stops to empty and a long-enough cord to cover a lot of ground.
