There are many things to love about the Bowflex SelecTech 552 adjustable dumbbells, which are well suited to all fitness levels, but when our reviewer took them for a test run, the thing that stuck out most was how easy they were to adjust and re-rack. Unlike many adjustable dumbbells, these leave space between weights on the rack, so that they don't get jammed or stuck.

With a relatively small overall footprint, these 17-inch dumbbells take up about 2 square feet on your floor. Their range of 5 pounds to 52.5 pounds gives you as much variation as 15 pairs of weights. They also enable you to increase and decrease weight by 2.5 pound increments up to 25 pounds, with 5 pound increments upward from there.
