Not only is the j7+ the best Roomba we've ever tested, it's also the best robot vacuum we've ever tried. Our tester was particularly impressed with its intentional navigation skills around furniture legs and power cords, and even its ability to recognize the difference between pet droppings and dust bunnies, avoiding one (so as not to track it around your home) and sucking the other right up. This is accomplished thanks to its combination of forward-facing cameras and intuitive learning.  

In the j7+ review, our tester added that the Roomba picked up an average of 9.35 grams of debris per run, putting its week's worth of debris collection on par with what a manual full-sized vacuum can trap. It also has iRobot Genius technology that lets you set up specific areas to clean at specific times, all from your smartphone. The cherry on top is its dirt tower charging station, where the j7+ can self-empty up to 60 days' worth of debris.
