2. Afghanistan's President Ghani meets with Obama at the White House

Afghanistan's President Ashraf Ghani will meet with President Obama in Ghani's first official White House meeting since his 2014 election, which marked the first democratic transfer of power in Afghanistan's history. The discussion between the two presidents is expected to focus on security and the pace of withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan. Ghani, and Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah arrived in Washington Sunday and on Monday, Ghani and Abdullah met with Defense Secretary Ashton Carter and Secretary of State John Kerry at Camp David.

3. Online video network Vessel debuts

Former Hulu CEO Jason Kilar is back with a new online video venture called Vessel. Online stars will debut new videos a few days earlier on the network and in exchange, they'll get more money. The network, which launches Tuesday, charges subscribers $2.99 monthly and will feature online stars like Boyce Avenue, Rhett and Link, and Ingrid Nielsen. Unlike YouTube, where anyone can post their videos, Vessel isn't self-serve. You have to apply to have your videos accepted. Kilar says he's had "thousands" of applicants so far.

4. Reopening of Tunisian museum in bloody terror attack delayed

The reopening of the National Bardo Museum, which has been closed since gunmen killed at least 21 people there last week, has been postponed for logistical and security reasons. Curator Moncef Ben Moussa told local station Radio Shems that the museum, which was due to reopen Tuesday, will probably reopen Sunday instead. Gunmen stormed the museum, a popular tourist attraction in the capital of Tunis, taking hostages and gunning down civilians before two attackers were killed by police. A manhunt is still underway for a third attacker who is believed to have escaped.

5. 11 million fewer people lack health insurance since Obamacare passed

The number of uninsured U.S. residents fell by more than 11 million since President Barack Obama signed the health care overhaul five years ago, according to a pair of reports Tuesday from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Although that still would leave about 37 million people uninsured, it's the lowest level measured in more than 15 years. The main question hanging over the law now is a Supreme Court case in which opponents argue that its subsidies are illegal in most states.
