Tornado flips car in Eugene, Ore.

EUGENE, Ore. -- A tornado touched down near Lane Community College in Eugene, Ore. Tuesday, flipping one car and moving another.

The National Weather Service confirmed the tornado around 6 p.m. Pacific. They did not say what the tornado was on the EF scale.r than national

uthwest corner of the parking lot on the college's main campus at 4:10 p.m. Witnesses said it flipped the car pictured and picked up another, before dropping it.

Eugene, located south of Portland, Ore. and between forested foothills, is also home to the University of Oregon.
