Live stream: Capital Plaza Tower set for implosion

Join the courierjournal.com beginning at 1:15 p.m. Sunday with our cameras positioned around the 330-foot-tall Capital Plaza Tower in Frankfort, Kentucky, for the implosion, scheduled to start around 1:30 p.m.

The state-owned 28-story building, which closed in 2016, will come down in seconds once the plunger is pushed. And as part of the event, Gov. Matt Bevin is auctioning off the right to push a ceremonial plunger for the implosion.
