Commuters faced delays in the Northeast on Monday after a crash caused a massive inferno under Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, sending a portion of the major highway crashing down over the weekend. Crews have been working around the clock to remove debris road since a commercial truck carrying a petroleum-based product caught fire under an overpass Sunday morning. The northbound section collapsed, but the southbound span has also been deemed unsafe, officials said.
