Biden pushes SCOTUS term limits

If you're catching up with President Joe Biden's plan for the Supreme Court, keep in mind that he didn't endorse a proposal that has long been on the liberal wishlist: expanding the size of the nine-member court. Biden is urging Congress to end lifetime seats for the Supreme Court's nine justices with term limits that would mean future justices could not serve beyond 18 years. Will his proposal pass a highly-divided Congress?

Olympic update: Where are all the other swimmers?

USA's Katie Ledecky was alone at the head of the pack Tuesday morning in a heat of the women's 1,500m, surging far ahead of the other athletes in the long-distance event. Taylor Swift responds to stabbing in England
