TikTok celebrity Emilie Kiser's 3-year-old son Trigg died May 18 after a drowning call in Chandler several days earlier. An investigation into the circumstances preceding the drowning call was underway.
The influencer is married to Brady Kiser. On July 15, Chander police investigators submitted a felony child abuse charge recommendation for Brady Kiser to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for consideration.
The couple moved to Chandler in 2024, according to Emilie's TikTok account. She has more than 3 million followers on TikTok and has a presence on other social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.

The Kiser family had not publicly released a statement as of May 21. A person at the family's home declined to speak with The Arizona Republic.
