Biden being Biden at the State of the Union

Vice President Biden has been known to attract attention, and the State of the Union Address on Tuesday night was no different.

As President Obama discussed jobs and energy policy, Biden smiled broadly at someone in the audience, then pointed enthusiastically.

It's unclear who or what had the vice president so excited, but needless to say, you can chalk it up as another uniquely Biden moment.
