One college freshman didn't spend his spring break skiing or at the beach with friends. Instead, he was in a hospital, donating bone marrow to a man he's never met.

University of Texas student Ford Yates, 19, made the donation to a 63-year-old man with leukemia.

Watch the video to hear Yates talk about how he may have saved a life this spring.
