No need to add water: In a concoction sure to please David Chang and your dorm-dwelling college student alike, ramen is being reinvented this year at the South Carolina State Fair.
For the first time, the fair will offer the Ramen Noodle Burger, which features top and bottom buns composed of ramen noodles, reports WLTX.
The noodles are infused with beef broth, boiled and fried. The creative crust houses a four-ounce hamburger patty, two spring onions, Asian sauce and coleslaw.
The Ramen Noodle Burger is being sold by the Reas family, purveyors of other creative fair burgers like the Donut Burger and the Redneck Burger.
