Photos: Officer Darren Wilson's post-shooting medical exam

Photos released by the St. Louis County prosecuting attorney's office on Nov. 24 show officer Darren Wilson during his medical examination, which was conducted after he fatally shot unarmed teen Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., on Aug. 9.

In the medical records, which were released as part of evidence presented to the grand jury, doctors diagnosed Wilson with a facial contusion. The grand jury decided not to pursue any charges against Wilson.

According to Wilson's grand jury testimony, the injuries occurred during an altercation at his police car. Wilson had stopped Brown and a friend for walking in the middle of the street and then noticed Brown matched a description of a suspect in a cigar theft.
