William Shatner has funeral for Leonard Nimoy…on Twitter

William Shatner had a previous commitment and wasn't able to attend the funeral held today for his Star Trek co-star Leonard Nimoy.

Since he couldn't be there in person, he had another idea:

And so began the virtual funeral of Leonard Nimoy.

It was actually quite touching. Shatner spent a lot of time engaging with fans on twitter and reminiscing about his late friend.
