Adam Levine sugar-bombed outside Jimmy Kimmel studio

Poor Adam Levine.

There he was, walking outside Jimmy Kimmel's studio where he made an appearance Wednesday, when out of nowhere – Bam! He was pelted with a powdery substance.

The Maroon 5 frontman was actually taking time to greet fans when it happened, says TMZ. Security detained the attacker until police arrived.

There was no hint of sugar on Levine when he chatted with Kimmel later – about velociraptors.
