Entertainment mogul Tyler Perry's Atlanta home is officially available for purchase.
The 34,688 square foot, 17 acre mansion comes with a price tag of a cool $25 million. The amenities include a resort-style infinity swimming pool, lighted tennis court and an underground ballroom.
The mansion also includes seven bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms. The estate includes its own generator, guard house and Presidential-level security to help the future owner's peace of mind while owning such a gigantic property.
