Customer offended by 'crazy' comments on car wash receipt

A Georgia woman is angry over the offensive words she said a car wash employee wrote on her receipt, then put on the windshield while they cleaned her car.
Misty Thomas of Snellville, Ga., said an employee wrote, "B***h is crazy," on her car wash receipt on Sunday.
Thomas said she had gone to the All Seasons Car Wash on Saturday to get her car detailed, but when she had a chance to look at the vehicle the next day, she was shocked by the quality of work.
"There was dog hair everywhere, still on the seats… The inside hadn't been cleaned at all. The tires themselves hadn't been cleaned," said Thomas.
On Sunday, she went back and asked the manager to clean it again. After the vehicle had been washed, she went to get something out of her car.
"I went to my car to retrieve my daughter's medication… and, I saw a note on the outside of my car on the windshield," she said.
Thomas said she read the note and "started shaking" and crying. She took a picture of the ticket and went to see the store manager.
"He said, 'I don't know who did it. I didn't do it. I was in the back,"' Thomas said.
The same manager told WXIA-TV that the employee who wrote the note would be fired. He also said he apologized to Thomas.
Thomas said the manager never apologized, which led her to file an incident report with the Snellville Police Department. She said she wanted a record of what happened because the incident occurred when she 14-year-old daughter was with her.
