'Sorry mom': Jeb Bush admits he smoked pot

Among the many details — both policy-based and personal — revealed during three hours of Wednesday's debate with Republican presidential candidates, only one was sure to turn the smile upside down on proud mama Barbara Bush's face:
Jeb Bush admitted that he used to enjoy the illegal reefer.
Moderator Jake Tapper posed the question high on many viewers' minds: "Many people on social media wanted us to ask about marijuana legalization. Senator Paul, Governor Christie recently said, quote, 'if you're getting high in Colorado today,' where marijuana has been legalized, 'enjoy it until January 2017, because I will enforce the federal laws against marijuana.' Will you?"
As part of his response, Rand Paul alluded that one of his fellow candidates at the podium had smoked pot.
Bush stepped up: "He was talking about me."
"So, 40 years ago, I smoked marijuana, and I admit it. I'm sure that other people might have done it and may not want to say it in front of 25 million people. My mom's not happy that I just did," 62-year-old Bush continued.
