Watch: Young moose wanders into grocery store

A young moose tried to take a trip down the aisles of an Alaska grocery store Thursday, but didn't make it past the entryway due to the efforts of a brave store employee and a group of onlookers.

Ema Kate of Wasilla, Alaska, posted a video on Facebook of the moose sniffing around the entryway of the grocery store. In the video, an employee stands in front of the automatic doors and blocks the moose from entering the store.

Kate wrote that run-in with the moose was just a "regular morning in Alaska."

The moose was likely attracted to a display of gourds in the entryway, Erma Schoeppel, who was working in the floral department of the store told the Alaska Dispatch.

The moose eventually made it's way back outside.
