Jeb Bush willing to sell kisses for tax cuts

Jeb Bush responded to questions about tax increases with a pledge to any Democrat in Congress.

"Find me a Democrat that will cut $10 and I'll give them a warm kiss," the former Florida governor said during Wednesday's GOP presidential debate in Boulder, Colo.

When pressed, Bush said he'd be surprised if he could find a fellow Republican in Congress to do the same.
