Donald Trump was asked at Wednesday's GOP presidential debate about restrictive policies at his resorts that prohibit guns.
"I have a permit to carry, concealed, which is rare in New York," Trump said. "I carry on occasion, sometimes a lot. I like to be unpredictable."
Trump said gun-free zones are "target practice for the sickos and the mentally ill," referring to the question about the Umpqua Community College shooting in Oregon where a gunman killed nine.
He said he would change the policies at his resorts that don't allow guns on property.
