SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- Good things DO come in little packages.
At less than 4 inches tall, this 4-year-old Chihuahua named Milly is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's smallest full-grown dog.
Milly's owners, Vanesa Semler and Edwin Davila, had to feed the little dog with a dropper for the first six months of her life.
Fragile at first, Milly gained strength and weight topping off at about one full pound.
Now she lives the life of a celebrity in her hometown of Dorado in Puerto Rico.
Always pleased to see her fans, Milly boasts a wardrobe fit for a model.
Semler and Davila hope Milly will inspire pet owners everywhere. They say, “People need to love their animals. Any size, any color, any kind.”
