Police: Sword-wielding man robbed Dairy Queen
Police are continuing to search for a man armed with a sword who allegedly robbed the Port Huron Dairy Queen Tuesday evening in Michigan.
Port Huron police Sgt. Dave Seghi said the man ordered a Blizzard then pulled out a sword or machete as the store employee opened the cash register. The suspect grabbed cash and fled the ice cream shop.
Officers responded to the Dairy Queen shortly before 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday.
No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
The suspect is described as a white man, possibly in his mid-20's, about 6-feet tall, wearing a black and blue parka, black hoodie, gloves and a gray scarf with skulls on it.
