Steve Harvey faced worldwide ridicule in December when he announced the wrong contestant as winner of the Miss Universe contest.

On Sunday, he got a chance to redeem himself.

Harvey appears in T-Mobile's new ad that aired during Super Bowl, poking fun at his flub (and presumably making bank in the process).

"Whoah. Listen, folks. I have to apologize. Again," Harvey says after storming onto a set designed to parody another ad by competitor Verizon.

"It says right here on the card: T-Mobile doubled their LTE coverage in the last year."

"I'm not taking the responsibility on this one!" he continues. "Verizon got it wrong! Yes! Not me!"

In case you somehow missed the Miss Universe flub, or you're just looking for an excuse to watch it again, here it is.

This being 2016, there's of course a hashtag with the campaign.

T-Mobile wants people to tweet with "#Ballogize", because Harvey apologizes in a commercial with balls in it.

Well played, Harvey. But what does the Court of Internet Opinion think?

Steve, if you're reading this: After a highly unscientific Twitter study, consider yourself redeemed.
