The folks at HealthGrove put together a slide show featuring the dishes with the highest calorie count at 40 chain restaurants in the U.S. They use the nutrition database created by ESHA, a provider of nutritional analysis software. See the full list of 40 dishes here.

7. Denny's  - Peanut Butter Cup Pancake Meal (Calories per Serving: 1,510)

6. Mimi's Cafe - Chicken Tillamook Cheddar Mac (Calories per Serving: 1,560)

For perspective, keep in mind USDA recommends that a moderately active woman in her 30s eat no more than 2,000 calories per day, while a man in the same age bracket eat about 2,600 calories per day.
